Charlie and Georgina are devoted to restoring the natural beauty of St Ouen's Manor to preserve this important part of Jersey's heritage, and ensuring that the Manor is a green space with a self-sustainable future.
Charlie Malet De Carteret
Charlie is the President of the National Trust for Jersey and the Seigneur of St. Ouen - the oldest of the feudal Seigneuries in Jersey. Now retired from SANNE Group, where he served as Director of Private Clients, Charlie has been instrumental in the establishment of philanthropic trusts and foundations.
A passionate art collector, he is dedicated to making St. Ouen’s Manor a vibrant platform for the arts and creative projects, ensuring the Manor remains an active and inspiring part of Jersey’s cultural and heritage landscape.
Georgina Malet De Carteret
Georgina brings a wealth of experience from her work with HRH The Prince of Wales on his charitable initiatives. With a deep knowledge and love of art history, culture, and the natural world, she plays a key role alongside Charlie in the careful restoration and conservation of St. Ouen’s Manor and its gardens. Georgina is also deeply committed to supporting the Manor’s charitable and cultural endeavours, helping to ensure its legacy continues to thrive for future generations.

James, our dedicated Groundsman, plays a vital role in maintaining the beauty of St. Ouen’s Manor. From keeping the lawns immaculate to caring for the gardens and ensuring every corner of the estate is picture-perfect, his work helps make the Manor as stunning as it is serene.
